The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:30) all buffet style; breakfast & dinner are served in the main restaurant Horizons, lunch is served at the Big Hut snack bar. Theme nights like Turkish night, etc take place every week. During meals local & international drinks are offered; during breakfast there will be fresh fruit juice on offer too. A la Carte breakfast takes place at the Bistro restaurant (prior reservation). Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner with prior reservation are the three A la Carte restaurants; Capri (Italian), Taka (fish), Anatolia (Turkish). Snacks such as pizza, Turkish pizza and various grills are available at lunch time in the Anatolia restaurant, as well as cold fruit at the pool & the beach, and doner kebab & hot dogs during lunch time at the beach bar. Tea & coffee time with Turkish coffee, pastries and tea service is at the Café Bazaar (16:00-24:00) and at the Lounge (10:00-18:00). Customers can have ice cream during lunch & dinner. Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, like fruit juices (tetrapak), etc are served 24 hours a day at the Bistro, the Big hut, the Blue Cascades, the Centre Point, the Grapevine, the Lounge, The Mediterranean, the Zone, Cafe Bazaar, the Phoenix and the Citrus (according to each outlet opening hours). In-room mini bars are refilled daily with non alcoholic drinks and beer. Rooms are also equipped with water heater, tea and coffee service.
