The exterior is a nice neoclassical building in the middle of Sultanahmet.

The rooms in the hotel Almina are basic but clean. The decor is simple but the rooms are in good condition. The rooms are small but all of them have cable television channels, air conditioning, minibar/fridge and direct dial telephone. The bathrooms are small but again, are kept in perfect condition.

The hotel has a terrace where breakfast is served.

The reception area is small, as the hotel itself is small too, but there is some seating giving a nice atmosphere.

The hotel - officially a special category hotel - is located in the heart of Sultanahmet very close to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. Many of the Old Town's other attractions are within walking distance.
