Restaurant - Alexander's Restaurant: Alexander's Restaurant is renowned for its fabulous modern European cuisine, rare wines and vintage ports. Menus emphasise the goodness of fresh, natural foods carefully prepared and artistically presented, with much of their ingredients being selected from the local area. Guests are offered an extensive world class wine list featuring over 200 bins. The hotel has been awarded two AA rosettes for high standards of cuisine and has achieved the RAC level four dining award. Please note that this restaurant is closed on sunday and monday nights, however the Reflections restaurant remains open 7 days a week.
- Reflections: Reflections offers guests relaxed dining in a sleek modern environment, overlooking a beautiful central courtyard, serving freshly prepared food. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering meals, to include classic favourites, light bites, salads and great vegetarian options. The restaurant comes complete with its own Champagne bar and funky interiors. Flames courtyard guests can dine alfresco throughout the summer and well into the crisp autumn months, when a log fire pit will be lit on colder evenings.
