The complex is located in Stafilos area, beside the main road to Stafilos beach and 1.7 km from Skopelos town and harbor. The complex is situated in a big land with trees, gardens and loans. For guests interested in exploring the surrounding area, two nearby destinations are suggested, the ?spring of Stathous? and the ?Prophet Elias church in Kokala? that can easily be reached on foot reputed to have the best water on Skopelos and with magnificent landscape views.
Accommodation
The complex comprises two buildings. The back building is surrounded by lawns and gardens with views of the pool and comprises six studios equally spread on its two floors. The front building is surrounded by lawns and gardens and is located beside the main road to Stafilos beach. It comprises ten studios, equally spread on its two floors. The studios of the front building are all looking at the front spacious garden, which is beside the road. The front building studios are equipped with double beds and the back building studios with twin beds. All studios are equipped with air-conditioning, bed side tables and lights, dressing table with mirror, wardrobe, television, dinner table with two chairs, kitchenette including fridge, two cooking rings, and cupboards with utensils and private bathroom. The top floor studios offer private balcony, while the ground floor studios have private patio in the garden.
Food & Beverage
At the pool side bar guests can enjoy drinks, hot beverages and snacks.
Sports & Leisure
The attractive, ecological freshwater swimming pool is situated between the front and the back building, surrounded by lawns and gardens. In addition, there is a childrens pool. A nice feature is the small water fall made out of big sea pebbles. The pool area is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas and there is a low-key pool bar which serves drinks and snacks.
Facilities & Services
The facilities and services include reception, cleaning and change of linen every two days. The local bus to reach the town center and the harbor has numerous services from mid June to mid September and the bus stop is just few meters away.
