Resort amenities also include golf, hot tub, grills, ski rentals and ski storage. Pets are welcome. The one bedroom/one bath Condo and the two bedroom/one bath Condo each hold a maximum of 4 people and unit bedding includes 1 King Bed and 1 Full Sleeper Sofa. The three bedroom/one and a half bath condo holds a maximum of 6 people and unit bedding includes 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Room amenities also include in-room internet access, in-room washer/dryer, fireplace, VCR and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. >p>Checkin Procedures - Check-in at the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age. Please call our office at 541-593-5018 if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm for after hours check-in procedures. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions. Rates are based on double occupancy.
