The Grand Hotel Majestic is an excellent and welcoming hotel ideally located in the heart of Florence just behind Santa Maria Novella Church and at easy walking distance of the main sightseeing attractions including the Duomo, San Lorenzo church, the Accademia Gallery, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the Fortezza da Basso as well as the Uffizi Gallery and Piazza della Signoria. The hotel is classic and comfortable; its 103 rooms are nicely decorated in a classical Italian style. They all have satellite television, phone, modem connection, minibar, air conditioning and a full bathroom with hairdryer. The property has a good restaurant offering a variety of delicious dishes, a piano bar on selected nights and a garage (payable locally). Guests booking a triple room should note this is a double room with an extra bed.
